Privacy information.

How Kelstowe handles release registrations and enquiries.

Who is responsible

Kelstowe. For privacy questions, withdrawal or deletion requests, email info@kelstowe.com. We may ask you to confirm control of the address concerned.

Release updates

We collect your email address, optional name, consent time and registration status to record interest and send release updates. A registration notification is sent to info@kelstowe.com using Hostinger Email. This form does not verify your address, reserve a shirt, take payment or approve membership. No automatic confirmation email is sent to the visitor.

Enquiries

We collect your name, email, enquiry type and message to respond. Messages are sent through Hostinger Email to info@kelstowe.com, using your email as Reply-To. We also keep a private submission record and delivery reference to prevent duplicate sends and investigate failures. Mail-server acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Storage and protection

Form records are stored outside the public website directory on Kelstowe’s Hostinger hosting account. No external form service is used. Hostinger processes website requests and mail delivery. The forms use short-lived salted hashes of network addresses for rate limiting; raw addresses are not stored in the form database. Hosting and mail services may separately retain technical logs.

Retention and your choices

Registrations expire after 12 months; enquiry database records expire after 90 days. Expired records are removed on form use and by scheduled maintenance. Rate-limit records expire after 24 hours. Mailbox copies are separate from the database and are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed to handle an enquiry; they do not automatically expire with the database record.

You can withdraw permission for release updates or request deletion by emailing info@kelstowe.com. We use registration details for release updates and enquiry details for replies, not membership screening or advertising.

Site operation

This build uses no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or application cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site. No LinkedIn, GitHub, payment or professional-profile information is requested by either form.
